摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术在颧上颌复合体骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法选取自2017年12月至2019年8月北部战区总医院口腔科收治的12例颧上颌复合体骨折患者为研究对象。通过CT扫描,获取DICOM数据,将其导入Mimics 10.01软件和Geomagic Studio 2013软件进行三维重建,并虚拟设计复位导板,通过3D打印技术获得三维头颅模型和实体手术导板,以辅助手术引导骨折块复位并观察手术效果。结果12例患者手术均顺利完成,手术时间2~3 h。术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,未出现感染症状。2例术前复视患者术后复视消失,3例张口受限患者术后3周均恢复正常开口度。12例患者随访时间3~10个月,平均6个月。患者双侧面中部基本对称,张口度正常,咬合关系良好。结论3D打印技术应用于颧上颌复合体骨折,使复位更加精准,可缩短手术时间,改善术后面型,效果较好。
Objective To investigate the application value of digital 3-dimensional(3D)printing technology in treatment of zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 12 cases of patients with zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture who were admitted from December 2017 to August 2019.The DICOM data was obtained through CT scanning and imported into the Mimics10.01 software and Geomagic Studio 2013 software for 3D reconstruction.The reduction guide plate was designed virtually,and the 3D skull model and solid surgical guide plate were obtained through 3D printing technology to assist in guiding the reduction of the fracture block and observe the surgical effect.Results All the 12 patients were successfully operated for 2~3 hours.At the end of the postoperative incisionⅠhealing,symptoms of infection.Diplopia disappeared in 2 patients with preoperative diplopia,and normal opening degree was restored in 3 patients with mouth opening limitation 3 weeks after operation.The follow-up time of 12 patients was 3~10 months,6 months on average.The middle part of both sides of the patient was basically symmetrical,the opening degree was normal,and the occlusal relationship was good.Conclusion The 3D printing technology is applied to the fracture of zygomaticomaxillary to make the reduction more accurate,shorten the operation time,improve the postoperative facial shape,and achieve good results.
