摘要
随着新业态经济的发展,我国的劳动关系相较于传统产业,产生了新的特点和变化,但同时也面临着新的冲击与挑战。工会作为劳动关系矛盾的产物、职工利益的代表者和维护者,面对新的复杂多样的形势和挑战,亟待采取积极有效措施,协调构建和谐劳动关系,充分发挥好维护职工合法权益的作用。
With the economic development of the new business models,Chinese trade relations have produced new characteristics and changes compared with traditional industries,but it also faces new impacts and challenges.As the product of trade relations contradictions and the representative and defender of employees'interests,trade unions need to take quick,active and effective measures to coordinate the construction of harmonious trade relations facing new,complex and diverse situations and challenges,and to give full play to its role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
