浙江省工会财务工作现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Financial Work of Trade Unions in Zhejiang Province

近几年,浙江省工会财务工作稳抓实打,逐步提高规范化、科学化、精细化管理水平,为工会履职维权提供了强有力的物质保证,进一步增强了省内广大职工群众的获得感。在财务工作实践中,虽取得了新的进展,但也还存在一些问题亟待解决。浙江工会要牢牢把握正确政治方向,构建工会财务工作新机制,加强预算管理和预算绩效考核,强化队伍建设,为建设更具“引导力、学习力、创造力、服务力、凝聚力”的工会,发挥财务工作应有的作用。

In recent years,Zhejiang trade unions'financial work has been carried out steadily.By gradually improved its standard and scientifi c and management levels,it has provided a strong material guarantee for the trade unions to perform their duties and protect employees'rights,and further improve workers satisfaction.In the practice of fi nancial work,although new progress has been made,there are still some problems to be solved urgently.Zhejiang Trade Union must fi rmly grasp the correct political direction,build a new mechanism for trade union fi nancial work,strengthen budget management and budget performance evaluation,strengthen team building,and build a union with more"guidance,learning,creativity,service,and cohesion",to fulfi ll the role of fi nancial work.
