摘要
发挥集体协商模拟课堂的直观性、形象性和生动性,提高了工会干部的认识,转变了工会干部的角色,也积累了工会干部的经验。但由于集体协商模拟教学中还存在设计过于理想化、经营方协商代表缺位、活动性特征明显等常见问题,为实际的集体协商工作带来了一定程度的影响。为此,我们在不断认真强化集体协商模拟教学工作的同时,应更加充分地运用协商资源,强调实践性和针对性,切实有效地推进集体协商工作。
The intuitiveness and vividness of the collective negotiation simulation class has raised the awareness of trade union cadres,changed their roles,and helped them to accumulate experience.However,due to the common problems such as ideal design,absence of the negotiation representative,and the obvious activity characteristics,it has brought a consequence to actual collective negotiation work.To this end,we should make full use of negotiation resources,emphasize practicality and pertinence,and effectively promote collective negotiation work.while continue strengthening the collective negotiation simulation teaching.
