普阳150t转炉高废钢比冶炼工艺研究与实践

摘要 为实现通过提高废钢比增产增效的目的,普阳钢铁进行了提高转炉废钢比的冶炼研究。通过强化熔池搅拌、优化废钢结构与渣料制度,可以实现:出钢溫度降低10℃的基础上将废钢比由8.75%提升至23.75%,在过程石灰消耗降低5kg/t、白云石消耗降低10kg/t的基础上实现终点出钢磷降低0.004%,并预期可以实现底吹与炉龄基本同步。 Research on how to increase scrap ratio of converter operation was carried out in PUYANG Steel Group,for the purpose of benefits more from the increasing of output and profit of per ton.Ways,such as,strengthening the stirring energy of converter bath,optimizing the scrap system and the slagging process,were taken into actions.And,results,as followed were got.Firstly,scrap ratio was successftilly increased from 8.75%to 23.75%,though the end tapping temperature decreased by an acceptable value of about 10℃.Secondly,goal of decreasing of end point P by 0.004%was got,meanwhile the consumption of lime and dolomite were reduced respectively by 5kg/t and lOkg/t.Lastly,thanks to the adjustment of maintain process,a predictable result of that the bottom blowing tuyeres'service life can almost catch up with the converter campaign will realize.
