摘要
针对某大型蠕墨铸铁发动机气缸盖的结构特点,在铸造工艺过程模拟分析基础上,确定了整体组芯、平组立浇的工艺,结合冷铁、冒口使用,有效降低铸造缩松风险,成功实现了气缸盖的批量稳定生产。
According to the structural characteristics of large engine cylinder head of the vermicular graphite cast iron,?based on the simulation and analysis of the casting process,the integral core and flat group vertical pouring technology is adopted.Combined with the use of cold iron and riser,the risk of casting shrinkage is effectively reduced,and the batch stable production of cylinder head is realized successfully.
