摘要
为了解决机床铸件塔座轴孔的粘砂问题,本文通过控制变量,寻找浇注温度与涂料波美度在相对稳定的紧实硬度下对于粘砂的影响。结果表明,将浇注温度与涂料波美度同时控制在合适的范围内,塔座粘砂的问题得到了根本性的解决。
In order to solve the problem of sand sticking in the shaft hole of the tower seat of the machine tool,the influence of pouring temperature and coating baume degree on sand sticking under relatively stable compact hardness was investigated by controlling variables.The results show that by controlling the two variables at the same time in the proper range,the problem of tower base sand sticking has been fundamentally solved.
