摘要 为提高产品竞争力,需要对产品进行轻量化。首先对左托架进行有限元分析,了解该件的强度和刚度性能。借助OptiStruct对其进行拓扑优化,结合产品铸造生产工艺性,在保证模态不降低的前提下,对其进行结构优化,减轻产品重量20%;并且在不同工况下,产品的应力水平基本没有提高。 In order to improve the competitiveness of products,it is necessary to lighten the products.The finite element analysis of the left bracket is carried out to understand the strength and stiffness performance of the part.With the help of Optistruct to optimize its topology,combined with the casting production process of the product,under the premise of ensuring the mode not to be reduced,the structure is optimized.The weight of the product is reduced by 20%,and the stress level of the product has not been improved under different working conditions.
