A Study on Foundry Dust Circling

含泥量是稳定湿型砂型砂性能和铸件质量的关键指标。本文通过对某公司不同粉尘点的粉尘组成进行了分析,试验了这些粉尘对型砂性能的影响,认为有效粉尘可以回用,并且能稳定性能含泥量,降低辅助材料耗量,从而达到降低铸件成本,对铸造厂实现绿色化具有重要的意义。

Total clay is an essential parameter to stabilize green sand properties and casting defect.This article presents the active compositions of different resourcing dust and their effects on green sand properties.It proved foundry active dust can be circled to maintain green sand properties consistently and reduce manufacturing cost,which is helpful to green foundry inspiration.
