摘要 通过正交试验研究了α-半水石膏、聚乙烯醇、硬石膏和白炭黑的加入量对3D打印石膏的堆积密度、孔隙率、流动性、硬化时间的影响。从而确定了3D打印石膏的最佳配方,所得粉末堆积密度为0.94 g/cm^3,孔隙率为0.54,初步硬化时间小于5 min,粉末流动性好,均匀细腻;上机打印时,铺粉均匀顺畅,没有皱褶,打印精度好,渗透合适,无粉末飞扬,不会堵塞打印头,硬化后强度较好,效果比较理想。 Through studying the effects of the amount ofα-hemihydrate gypsum,polyvinyl alcohol,dihydrate gypsum and silica on the bulk density,porosity,fluidity and hardening time of 3D printing gypsum were studied by orthogonal test.Therefore,the best formula of gypsum for 3D printing is determined.The obtained powder bulk density is 0.94 g/cm^3,porosity is 0.54,initial hardening time is less than 5 min,powder fluidity is good,even and delicate.When printing on the machine,powder spreading is even and smooth,no wrinkle,printing accuracy is good,penetration is appropriate,no powder flying,no blocking the print head,and the strength is good after hardening,with comparative effectIdeal.
