全自动毛细管电泳仪在珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血筛查中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨全自动毛细管电泳仪在珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血筛查中的应用效果与价值。方法选择健康体检者2970例作为对象,对其进行血常规检查(MCV、MCH初筛),对结果显示为阳性的受检者采用血红蛋白(Hb)毛细管电泳检测,计算全自动毛细管电泳仪检查α地贫和β地贫检测准确率。结果500例受检者(16.84%)初筛地贫阳性,毛细管电泳法检测地贫准确率84.28%,α地贫检测准确率80.00%,β地贫检测准确率96.59%。结论珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血筛查过程中采用全自动毛细管电泳仪的检测准确度和应用价值均高。 Objective To explore the application effect and value of automatic capillary electrophoresis instrument in the screening of globin-producing anemia.Methods Select 2970 healthy medical examinees as subjects,and perform routine blood tests(MCV,MCH initial screening),and use hemoglobin(Hb)on those who show positive results.Capillary electrophoresis detection.Calculate the accuracy of detecting alpha thalassemia and beta thalassemia by a fully automatic capillary electrophoresis instrument.Results 500 subjects(16.84%)were positive for thalassaemia.The accuracy of capillary electrophoresis for detecting thalassaemia was 84.28%,the accuracy of alpha thalassaemia was 80.00%,and the accuracy of beta thalassemia was 96.59%.Conclusion The detection accuracy and application value of the automatic capillary electrophoresis instrument during the screening of globin production anemia are high.
