三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝癌的近远期疗效

Evaluation of Short-Term and Long-Term Efficacy of Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy for Primary Liver Cancer

目的研究三维适形放疗(3DCRT)治疗对于原发性肝癌患者的近远期疗效的影响。方法选择接诊的62例原发性肝癌患者给予三维适形放疗治疗,随访统计患者1年、3年生存率和不良反应情况。结果原发性肝癌患者患者治疗后总有效率为66.13%,病情进展率为8.06%;中位生存期分别为30个月,1年和3年生存率分别为74.19%和41.94%;不良反应发生率为20.97%,对症处理后可恢复。结论三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝癌疗效突出,治疗后患者远期生存率较高,不良反应较少。

Objective To study the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3 DCRT)on the short-term and longterm effects of patients with primary liver cancer.Methods 62 patients with primary liver cancer who were given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The 1-year and 3-year survival rates and adverse reactions were followed up.Results The total effective rate of patients with primary liver cancer after treatment was 66.13%,and the disease progression rate was 8.06%.The median survival time was 30 months,and the 1-year and 3-year survival rates were 74.19%and 41.94%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions was 20.97%,which can be recovered after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of primary liver cancer.After treatment,patients have higher long-term survival rate and fewer adverse reactions.
