摘要
目的分析血清心肌酶、C反应蛋白酶水平变化与精神分裂症急性发作期攻击行为的关联性。方法选取我院精神分裂症急性发作期患者150例,根据既往有无暴力史与修订版外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分不同分为研究组(n=79)和参照组(n=71)。检测两组血清心肌酶[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、a-羟丁酸脱氢酶(aHBDH)]、C反应蛋白酶水平,并统计两组MOAS评分、精神分裂症症状严重程度(PANSS)评分,分析精神分裂症急性发作期患者血清心肌酶、C反应蛋白酶水平与其攻击行为、精神分裂症症状严重程度的关系。结果研究组AST、LDH、CK、a-HBDH、C反应蛋白酶水平均高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组MOAS、PANSS评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,患者精神分裂症急性发作期患者血清AST、LDH、CK、a-HBDH、C反应蛋白酶水平与其攻击行为、精神分裂症症状严重程度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清心肌酶、C反应蛋白酶水平与精神分裂症急性发作期攻击行为及精神分裂症症状严重程度具有密切相关性,可为疾病监测提供一定实验室依据。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the changes of serum myocardial enzymes and C-reactive protease levels and aggressive behavior in acute episode of schizophrenia.Methods 150 patients with schizophrenia in acute episode in our hospital were selected and divided into study group(n=79)and reference group(n=71)according to the past history of violence and the revised MOAS score.The levels of serum myocardial enzymes[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(a-HBDH)]and C-reactive protease were detected and compared between the two groups.The MOAS scores and the severity of schizophrenia symptoms(PANSS)scores of the two groups were counted,and the serum myocardial enzymes and C-reactive protease water in patients with acute onset of schizophrenia,the relationship of Creactive protease level,aggressive behavior and severity of schizophrenia symptoms were analyzed.Results The levels of AST,LDH,CK,a-HBDH and C-reactive protease in the study group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of MOAS and PANSS in the study group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum AST,LDH,CK,a-HBDH and C-reactive protease in patients with acute episode of schizophrenia were positively correlated with their aggressive behavior and severity of schizophrenia symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum myocardial enzymes and C-reactive protease are closely related to aggressive behavior and severity of schizophrenia symptoms in acute episode of schizophrenia,which can provide a laboratory basis for disease surveillance.
