激励式护理对甲状腺手术患者应对方式的影响

Effect of Incentive Nursing on Coping Style in Patients With Thyroid Surgery

目的探讨甲状腺手术患者应用激励式护理对其应对方式的影响。方法回顾性收集甲状腺手术患者60例临床资料,依据护理方式分为对照组(常规护理30例)和观察组(常规护理+激励式护理30例)。护理1个月后,对比两组应对方式与并发症。结果相较护理前,两组回避和屈服评分较低,面对评分较高,且相较对照组,观察组改善明显(P<0.05);相较对照组,观察组并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论激励式护理能够改善甲状腺手术患者应对方式,减少并发症。

Objective To investigate the effect of incentive nursing on coping style in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with thyroid were retrospectively collected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given incentive nursing based on control group.After nursing for 1 month,the coping style and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,the scores of avoidance and surrender in two groups were lower,the facing scores were higher,and observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Incentive nursing in patients with thyroid surgery can improve coping style and decrease the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
