舒适护理改善肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛和应激反应的效果观察

Effectsof Comfortable Nursing in Improving Postoperative Pain and Stress Response in Patients With Perianal Abscess

目的探讨舒适护理改善肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛和应激反应的效果。方法选取进行肛周脓肿手术患者92例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予舒适护理,比较两组护理后对患者疼痛程度及应激反应的改善情况。结果干预后两组NRS评分显著降低,且观察组NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组SAS、SDS评分显著降低,且观察组以上评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可显著改善肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛,降低应激反应,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the effects of comfortable nursing in improving postoperative pain and stress response in patients with perianal abscess.Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent perianal abscess were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,and observation groupwas givencomfortable nursingon this basis.The improvements of pain level and stress response of patients were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results After intervention,the NRS scores in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the NRS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly decreased after intervention,and the above scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can significantly improve postoperative pain and reduce stress response in patients with perianal abscess,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
