单绕组无轴承异步电动机设计及径向悬浮力研究

摘要 研究了一种单绕组的无轴承异步电动机的结构及其工作原理.与传统无轴承异步电动机的双绕组结构不同,采用一套绕组即可实现转子的旋转与悬浮.无轴承单绕组异步电动机是一个非线性、多变量、强耦合的复杂系统,要实现其稳定悬浮必须对转子上的径向悬浮力进行实时控制,因此悬浮力绕组的合理设置是单绕组无轴承电动机产生稳定的径向悬浮力的关键.文章对单绕组无轴承异步电动机的径向悬浮力、磁场分布进行了详细分析,并运用有限元软件进行了验证该单绕组无轴承异步电动机可行性. The principle and structure design of a new type of bearingless induction motor based on single winding were investigated.The conventional double windings structure of stator that includes motor windings and levitation windings was abnegated.This motor with only one winding system produces torque and levitation forces.Bearingless induction motor is a nonlinear,multi-variable and strong coupling system,it is necessary to control the radial suspension force when it is running.So the accurate suspension force windings of radial suspension force are the key of bearingless motor design.This paper has analyzed the suspension force and flux distribution in detail.The bearingless induction motor based on single winding can be proved to be valid by using finite element analysis.
