摘要 基于混合现实技术提出了一套工业智能运维系统开发架构,针对该系统的应用实现与交互层进行了包括智能车间巡检、专家远程协助故障检修和虚拟培训智库的功能开发.该系统可大幅度降低装备制造企业的运维成本,提升管理效率,对实现行业智能转型进行了实践探索. Based on the mixed reality technology,a framework of intelligent industrial operation and maintenance system was proposed.Functions including intelligent workshop inspection,remote expert assistance troubleshooting,and virtual training pool were developed upon the application implementation and interaction layers of the system.This system is able to greatly reduce the costs of operation and maintenance,as well as improve the management efficiency of equipment manufacturing enterprises,which provides practical exploration for realizing intelligent transformation of the industry.
