摘要
通过利用ANSYS模拟仿真软件对熔融沉积成型件进行热分析及成型实验,研究FDM成型机成型平台温度对成型件层间保温作用及精度的影响,得出最佳成型平台保温温度.对现有成型平台类型进行分析,并提出存在的问题,设计出了一种使成型件在成型过程中底部保温效果更好及效率更高的成型平台.针对这两种成型平台进行ANSYS仿真软件温度场模拟,并对两种保温成型平台进行成型对比实验,通过三坐标测量仪对成型件进行测量,并进行测量结果分析.通过对比实验验证优化后的成型件成型质量明显优于优化前成型件.
Through the thermal analysis and molding experiment of melt-deposited molding parts by using ANSYS simulation software,the influence of FDM molding machine forming platform temperature on the interlayer heat preservation and precision of molding parts is studied.Based on the analysis of the existing forming platform types and the problems,a forming platform is designed to make the forming part have better insulation effect and higher efficiency.According to the simulation software temperature field simulation of the two molding platforms,the simulation experiments of the two thermal insulation forming platforms are carried out,and the molding parts are measured by the coordinate measuring instrument,and the measurement results are analyzed.The results show that the optimized molding quality is better than that of the optimized molding parts.
