大型起重机行走装置平衡梁加工及检测工艺

摘要 大型起重机的行走平衡梁,因其超大外形尺寸且对轴孔轴心平行度有着极高的精度要求,传统的加工方式需要依赖于行程较大的整体数控镗床,加工费用高昂且加工设备资源稀少,大型平衡梁机加工历来都是难点问题.提供了一套完善的加工、检测工艺流程,有效地解决了行走平衡梁加工的难题,填补了这个技术领域的空白.应用实践表明,该加工流程可以满足大型起重机行走平衡梁的加工要求,质量可以得到有效保证. The traveling balance beam of large crane has a very high precision requirement for its super-large size and axis parallelism.The traditional processing method needs to rely on a larger travel CNC boring machine.The processing cost is high and the processing equipment resources are scarce and difficult to find.The processing of large balance beam machine has always been a difficult problem.This paper provides a set of perfect processing and testing process,which effectively solves the problem of walking balance beam processing.It is the first one in China and even in the world,and fills in the gaps in this technical field.The application practice shows that the processing process can meet the processing requirements of large crane walking balance beam,and the quality can be effectively guaranteed Crane.
