摘要 学前教师发展需要抛弃职前培养职后培训的传统观念,转向培养培训一体化。然而培养培训一体化如何做到切实有效是个难题。从教师发展角度阐释了学前教师实践共同体,进而探究了基于实践共同体的学前教师培养培训一体化框架。
