β-catenin核阴性低级别肺胎儿型腺癌1例

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,63岁。吸烟30年,平均15支/日。10年前于外院检查,发现肺结节,无胸闷、气短、发热等症状,未行任何治疗。2017年于大连医科大学附属第一医院复查胸部CT,示左肺上叶下舌段胸膜下见一分叶状结节,直径约7 mm,近肺门侧见血管集束(图1A)。与既往无变化,继续随诊观察。2019年12月3日于大连医科大学附属第一医院再次复查胸部CT,仍较2年前无明显变化(图1B).
