Problems and Countermeasures of Family Farm Development in China

党的十九大报告提出,实施乡村振兴战略,发展多种形式适度规模经营,培育新型农业经营主体。家庭农场无疑是这一主体的重要组成部分。该文分析了家庭农场发展现状,梳理了阻碍家庭农场发展的主要问题:土地流转问题多、金融服务体系不到位及家庭农场经营者素质偏低等,并提出了针对性的对策建议。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward:“Develop various forms of moderate scale management and cultivate new agricultural management entities.”Our family farm is undoubtedly an important part of this subject,and local governments should vigorously develop family farms.In the study of the development process of family farms,three more important problems that hinder the development of family farms were found:land circulation,inadequate financial service system,and low quality of family farm operators,and put forward targeted suggestions and Countermeasures.
