复合微生物菌剂对温室黄瓜生长和品质的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为了验证复合微生物菌剂灌根在山东沿海地区设施大棚中的应用效果,以黄瓜为试验对象,设置复合微生物菌剂灌根、清水灌根及空白对照3个处理,测定黄瓜生长和品质指标。结果表明:在复合微生物菌剂灌根处理下,黄瓜的株高、茎粗、叶绿素含量、产量显著高于对照处理,增幅分别达13%~23%、13%~24%、9%~13%、10%~13%;在复合微生物菌剂灌根处理下,黄瓜的维生素C含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量显著高于对照处理,增幅分别达13%~27%、35%~63%、19%;但在有机酸含量方面,复合微生物菌剂灌根处理与对照处理无显著性差异。由此可见,施用微生物菌剂可显著促进黄瓜生长、提高黄瓜品质。 Cucumber was used as the experiment objec,the growth and quality indexes of cucumber were measured by three experiment treatments,i.e.root irrigation with compound microbial agent,root irrigation with clear water and blank control.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll content and yield of cucumber were significantly higher than those of the control,with an increase of 13%-23%,13%-24%,9%-13%and 10%-13%respectively.The content of vitamin C,soluble protein and soluble sugar were significantly higher than those of the control,with an increase of 13%-27%respectively%,35%-63%,19%,but there was no significant difference in organic acid content between the treatment of compound microbial agent and the control.In conclusion,the application of microbial agents can significantly promote the growth and improve the quality of cucumber.
