摘要
选用泥炭、蛭石和珍珠岩3种基质配比共9组作为试验组,以细沙作为对照组,开展了不同基质培养下薄壳山核桃发芽能力的试验。结果表明:薄壳山核桃种子播后50d,在温室大棚和遮荫棚培养,不同基质处理下培养的薄壳山核桃种子萌发率均高于对照细沙组;不同基质培养条件下的种子发芽能力存在一定差异,其中第6组(蛭石∶细沙∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1)种子萌发率最高,说明蛭石∶细沙∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1配比基质最适合薄壳山核桃种子萌发。
The fine sand group was used as the control group and the experimental group was numbered 9.After experimental research,it was found that after 50 days of seeding of thin shell pecan seeds,they were cultivated in greenhouses and shaded greenhouses.The germination rate of shell pecan seeds is higher than that of the control fine sand group.There is a certain difference in seed germination ability under different substrate culture conditions.Among them,the vermiculite:fine sand:perlite=1:1:1 group has the highest seed germination rate.It was shown that vermiculite:fine sand:perlite=1:1:1 matrix treatment was the most suitable for germination of thin shell pecan seeds.
