摘要
当教师就要当名师、当教师就要当专家型甚至教育家型的教师,这是绝大多数教师的理想。要实现这一美好的夙愿,在教学实践中,不断进行研究和反思是教师成长的捷径。
Most teachers want to be teachers of fame by becoming experts on teaching and education.To achieve this objective,they have to engage in continuous research and reflection in their teaching.For them,this is a short-cut to maturity.
