摘要
SCR系统中设计有功能性流体元件导流板,使得烟风管道中流场分布满足相应的性能要求。鉴于湍流流动本身的复杂性,工程上只能通过CFD数值计算的方法进行计算与设计。相较于常规的重复性实验计算,本文基于ANSYS Workbench仿真平台的参数化设计功能,投入满足要求的试验点进行数模实验,通过对各输入、输出参数进行数学分析获取变量与性能之间的联系。得出综合入口边界条件及目标性能的最优设计节点。
In the SCR of power station boiler,there are functional fluid elements such as guide plate for throttling which make the flow field distribution in the duct meet the corresponding performance requirements.In view of the complexity of turbulent flow,the project can only be calculated and designed by the method of CFD.Compared with the conventional repetitive experiments,based on ANSYS Workbench simulation platform of parametric design,through the study of the mathematical analysis of the input and output parameters for the connection between the variables and performance.Finally the optimal design of node is concluded which synthesize inlet boundary conditions and target properties.
