以S电厂1000MW超超临界机组为例,介绍了制粉系统自启停的控制策略,结合实际启、停磨组中的重点和难点,设计了启停功能组,经过多次优化和调整,实现了制粉系统一键启停。

Taking 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit of S power station as an example,this paper introduces the control strategy of automatic startup and shutdown of pulverized-coal system.Combined with problems and difficulties in the practical process of startup and shutdown,a function group is successfully designed to realize the function of startup and shutdown of pulverized-coal system after multiple optimization and adjustment.
