摘要
在总结50MW^100MW等级小机组锅炉开发研制及工程经验的基础上,本文依托某工程实际项目针对50MW亚临界燃气直流锅炉进行了方案设计,从锅炉结构、燃烧方式、受热面布置,关键指标等方面对锅炉方案进行剖析。通过计算表明该锅炉具备快速升降负荷能力,在6%~110%功率范围内任何功率值长期稳定运行能力,可在不同流量工况下保持稳定运行时,每个运行工况下流量保持恒定等优势,对后续开展50MW亚临界直流锅炉性能优化和设计研究具有一定参考价值。
On the basis of summarizing the development and engineering experience of 50 MW^100 MW class small unit boilers,this paper relies on a project to design a 50 MW subcritical gas-fired once-through boiler.From the boiler structure,combustion mode,and heating surface layout,the key is Analyze the boiler plan in terms of indicators and other aspects.The calculation shows that the boiler has the ability to quickly lift and lower the load,and any long-term stable operation capacity within the power range of 6%to 110%.It can maintain stable operation under different flow conditions,and maintain a constant flow under each operating condition.This has certain reference value for the subsequent performance optimization and design research of 50 MW subcritical once-through boilers.
