摘要
采用几何尺寸测量、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、金相组织分析、扫描电镜观察和EDS能谱分析方法对某电厂水冷壁螺旋水冷壁管胀粗部位进行分析,确定胀粗的原因是由于长时超温运行引起的。
The geometrical dimension measurement,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy and EDS spectral analysis were used to analyze the water-wall tube swelling part of a power plant.The cause is caused by long-term over-temperature operation.
