摘要 在电站锅炉运行过程中,受热面爆管事故时有发生,不仅会造成经济损失,还会给人员及设备带来安全隐患。本文对某电厂锅炉末级再热器自身吊挂处爆管事故进行综合分析,根据爆管原因有针对性地提出一系列改进措施和处理方案,为确保电厂锅炉安全稳定运行提供了技术支持,同时为减少类似锅炉爆管事故的发生起到借鉴作用。 Heated surface tube burst accidents occur from time to time in the operation of power station boiler,it will not only cause economic losses,but also bring hidden dangers to personnel and equipment.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the explosion accident of the self-hanging part of the last stage reheater of a power plant,according to the cause of the explosion,a series of improvement measures and treatment plan are put forward.It provides technical support for ensuring the safe and stable operation of power plant boilers,and plays a reference role in reducing the occurrence of similar boiler tube explosion accidents.
