摘要
长庆油田在原油输送过程存在着硫化氢腐蚀等严重问题,需要对原油进行除硫处理。三嗪除硫剂是一种新型的化学脱硫剂,但添加三嗪除硫剂除硫后却导致了结垢现象的发生,严重的增加了原油的运输成本。基于此,室内评价了ZBQ区常用的两种三嗪除硫剂A和三嗪除硫剂B对硫化氢(H2S)的去除性能,得出除硫剂B具有更好除硫效果的结论。研究了除硫剂B对常见CaCO3、BaSO4、CaSO4和SrSO4的结垢趋势的影响,结果发现除硫剂B可促进CaCO3和CaSO4结垢,但可延缓BaSO4和SrSO4结垢。研究了除硫剂B对ZBQ区的两种结垢不配伍地层水的影响,研究结果发现三嗪除硫剂B对其的影响不大。
There are serious problems such as hydrogen sulfide corrosion during the transportation of crude oil in Changqing oilfield,and crude oil needs to be desulfurized.Triazine desulfurizer is a novel chemical desulfurizer,however,the addition of triazine desulfurizer has led to the formation of scale,which seriously increases the transportation cost of crude oil.Based on the above problems,the performance of two triazine desulfurizers A and triazine desulfurizer B commonly used on the removal of hydrogen sulfide(H2S)was evaluated,it is concluded that the B has a better sulfur removal ability.The effect of sulfur removal agent B on the scaling tendency of common CaCO3,BaSO4,CaSO4,and SrSO4 was studied,it was found that B can promote the scaling of CaCO3 and CaSO4,but can delay the scaling of BaSO4 and SrSO4.The effect of B on two incompatible formation waters in ZBQ operation area was studied,and have found that the triazine desulfurizer B has little effect on it.
