摘要
原油脱水是原油集输系统的关键环节,严重影响着油品交接质量。通过采用室内实验分析评价和矿场应用相结合的方式对姬塬油田原油脱水影响因素与处理技术进行研究,发现原油物性、破乳剂性能、温度、处理工艺是影响原油脱水的重要因素。经过配方优化技术、前端加药技术、低温破乳技术的研究与应用,有效降低了站点破乳剂投加浓度、原油脱水温度,提高了油水分离效果。同时也降低了原油损耗和加热系统能耗,节能降耗效果显著。
Crude oil dewatering is the key link of crude oil gathering and transportation system,which seriously affects the quality of oil products.Through the indoor experiment analysis evaluation and field application of a combination of JY factors affecting oilfield crude oil dehydration and processing technology research,found that crude oil physical properties,performance,temperature,demulsifier treatment technology are important factors affect the dehydration of crude oil.The optimized formula technology,front-end dosing technology,low temperature emulsion breaking technology research and application,effectively reduce the site demulsifier additive concentration,dehydration of crude oil temperature,improve the effect of the oil/water separation.At the same time,it also reduces the consumption of crude oil and energy consumption of heating system.
