摘要
针对HXN5型机车活塞螺栓松断、活塞拉伤、销座开裂等常见失效模式,确认了关键技术和工艺评价方法,通过材料一致性改进、结构优化、工艺提升等方式,提高了产品的可靠性。根据现状,提出了活塞可靠性研究的方向。
Aiming at the common failure modes of HXN5 locomotive, such as piston bolt break, piston pull and pin seat crack, the key technologies and process evaluation methods are confirmed. By means of material consistency improvement, structure optimization and process upgrading, the reliability of the products is improved. According to the present situation, the research direction of piston reliability is put forward.
