基于三维建模计算燃油箱可用容积的方法

摘要 在总结传统方法的基础上,提出了一种基于三维建模计算燃油箱可用容积的新方法。用传统方法和新方法分别对某新型混合动力机车的燃油可用容积进行计算,并对计算结果进行比对分析,得出了新方法计算精度和效率均优于传统方法的结论。通过数据拟合的方法得到了新型混合动力机车燃油油量与油面高度之间的数学关系式,该关系式可以准确计算出燃油油表刻度。 On the basis of summarizing the traditional methods, a new method for calculating the available volume of fuel tank based on 3 D modeling is proposed. The available volume of fuel of a new hybrid locomotive is calculated by using the traditional method and the new method, and the calculation results are compared and analyzed, and the conclusion that the calculation accuracy and efficiency of the new method are better than that of the traditional method is drawn. The mathematical relation between fuel oil quantity and oil level height of new hybrid locomotive is obtained by means of data fitting, which can accurately calculate the scale of fuel gauge.
