内燃机车司机室防撞结构轻量化及耐撞性研究 被引量:2

Study on lightweight and crashworthiness of cab anti-collision structure for diesel locomotives

摘要 依据TJ/JW 102—2017技术规范,完成了某型内燃机车司机室防撞结构的设计,并利用优化技术对其进行了轻量化,使其结构减重了32.6%;依据EN15227:2008标准,完成了该防撞结构的碰撞分析,根据分析结果对结构进行了优化,使其具有良好的耐撞性能。通过轻量化和碰撞分析,使设计的司机室防撞结构整体减重了29.7%,同时具备良好的耐撞性能。 According to the TJ/JW 102-2017 technical specification, the cab anti-collision structure of a diesel locomotive is designed, and its weight is reduced by 32.6% through using the optimization technology. According to the EN15227:2008 standard, the collision analysis of the anti-collision structure is completed. Based on the analysis results, the structure is optimized and gets a good crashworthiness. Through the lightweight and collision analysis, the overall weight of the cab anti-collision structure is reduced by 29.7%, and the structure gets a good crashworthiness.
