校地联盟背景下高校人才培养模式研究

校地联盟是指高校与地方政府及其所属相关社会组织,为促进地区协同创新而建立的一种常态化、专门性组织。高校要构建校地联盟院园专业建设委员会,建立“院园一体、学岗融合”的联盟协同培养机制,打造教师共同体,科学修订人才培养方案,完善课程体系,优化人才培养过程,提高学前教育专业的核心竞争力,培养学前教育专业人才。
