在教育教学中,同一心理发展阶段的不同的学生,虽然有大体相同的心理特点,但是同中有异、异中有同的心理特点总会带有一定的个人色彩。后进生同样如此。在后进生教育转化工作中,教师应注重学生的心理个别差异,采取有针对性的措施帮助和指导后进生,提高后进生的综合素质。
