图书馆对阅读活动与阅读服务的推广能够促进社会思想文化广泛传播,切实履行公共服务设施应有的关键社会职能,为学习型社会的建立创造有利条件,为人民提供接受文化素养再教育的机会。文章分析深化阅读推广、普及阅读技巧的必要性及图书馆现有经营模式的可改进之处,提出鼓励全民参与阅读、提高知识储备与文化素质的有效策略。

The promotion of reading activities and reading services in libraries can promote the wide spread of social ideology and culture,effectively perform the key social functions of public service facilities,create favorable conditions for the establishment of a learning society,and provide opportunities for the people to receive cultural literacy re education.This paper analyzes the necessity of deepening reading promotion and popularizing reading skills,and the improvement of the existing business model of the library,and puts forward effective strategies to encourage the whole people to participate in reading and improve the knowledge reserve and cultural quality.
