刘丽芳治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎用药规律

An Analysis of Liu Li-fang′s Medication Rule in the Treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis Based on Data Mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析刘丽芳教授治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的用药规律。方法:收集整理刘教授2013年1月至2018年1月于湖南中医药大学第一附属医院乳腺科门诊治疗的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的医案。将筛选后的数据录入软件,建立方药数据库,并进行数据分析,探讨刘教授治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的常用药物及药物组合规律。结果:共纳入处方4 670首,涉及药物123味,高频药物组合40组,关联规则40条,核心药物组合20组,提炼核心处方10首。常用药物为蒲公英、金银花、醋柴胡、海藻、醋莪术、醋鳖甲、醋三棱与昆布等。结论:刘丽芳教授治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎重视肝气郁滞,痰瘀凝聚成块,郁久化热的病机,以疏肝清热、化痰散结、活血消肿为治疗大法。

Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Professor Liu Li-fang in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis based on data mining technology.Methods:The medical records of plasma cell mastitis treated by Professor Liu from January 2013 to January 2018 in the Department of Mammary Gland of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of CM were collected.The selected data were input into the software,and the formula-medicinal database was established,and the data were analyzed to explore the commonly-used medicinals and medicinal-combination rule of Professor Liu in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.Results:A total of 4,670 formulas were included,involving 123 medicinals;40 groups of high-frequency medicinal combinations,40 association rules,20 core medicinal combinations,and 10 core formulas were extracted.The commonly-used medicinals included Pugongying(Herba Taraxaci),Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri)processed with vinegar,Haizao(Sargassum),Ezhu(Rhizoma Curcumae)processed with vinegar,Biejia(Carapax Trionycis)processed with vinegar,Sanleng(Rhizoma Sparganii)processed with vinegar,Kunbu(Thallus Laminariae;Thallus Eckloniae),etc.Conclusion:In terms of plasma cell mastitis,Professor Liu Li-fang attaches great importance to the pathogenesis of liver qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis agglomerating into mass and long-time stagnation transforming into heat.Therefore,she regards soothing the liver and clearing heat,reducing phlegm and resolving masses,promoting blood circulation and removing mass as the treating principle.
