宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿43例

Forty-Three Cases of Oophoritic Cyst Treated with Lung-Diffusing and Urination-Promoting Decoction

目的:观察宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,观察组给予宣肺利水汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后卵巢囊肿大小、激素水平、中医证候积分变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后卵巢囊肿体积小于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后小于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后激素水平、中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为79.07%,观察组有效率为95.35%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿,可缩小患者卵巢囊肿体积,有效改善临床症状及激素水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Lung-Diffusing and Urination-Promoting Decoction on oophoritic cyst.Methods:A total of 86 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cinnamon Twig and Poria Capsule,and the observation group was given Lung-Diffusing and Urination-Promoting Decoction.The clinical efficacies and the changes of ovarian cyst size,hormone level and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the ovarian cyst volume of the two groups was smaller than that of the same group before the treatment,and the ovarian cyst volume of the observation group was smaller than the control group after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hormone level and TCM syndrome score of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 79.07%,and that of the observation group was 95.35%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating oophoritic cyst,Lung-Diffusing and Urination-Promoting Decoction can reduce the volume of ovarian cyst,effectively improve the clinical symptoms and hormone levels.
