循经络仿生物电刺激治疗盆腔瘀血综合征60例

Sixty Cases of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome Treated with Biomimetic Electrical Stimulation Along Meridians

目的:观察循经络仿生物电刺激治疗盆腔瘀血综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1—12月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院诊治的盆腔瘀血综合征患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予循经络仿生物电刺激治疗,对照组给予针刺治疗。治疗后,观察两组患者中医证候评分、前列腺素水平、临床疼痛症状评分及盆腔静脉暗带内径、血流速度的改善情况。结果:治疗组治疗后腹坠痛、腰骶胀痛、性交痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后前列腺素F_(2α)水平低于对照组,前列腺素E_2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分降低幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后盆腔静脉暗带内径低于对照组,静脉血流速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为80.0%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循经络仿生物电刺激能有效改善盆腔瘀血综合征患者中医证候,抑制前列腺素F_(2α)分泌,增加前列腺素E_2含量,缓解疼痛,缩短盆腔静脉暗带内径,提升静脉血流速度,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation along meridians on pelvic congestion syndrome(PCS).Methods:A total of 60 patients patients with PCS diagnosed and treated by Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of CM from January to December 2018 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with biomimetic electrical stimulation along meridians,while the control group was treated with acupuncture.After the treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome score,prostaglandin level,clinical pain symptom score,internal diameter of pelvic vein dark band and blood flow velocity in the two groups were observed.Results:After the treatment,the scores of abdominal falling pain,lumbosacral swelling pain and sexual intercourse pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of prostaglandin F2αof the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,while the level of prostaglandin E2 was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease range of pain visual simulation score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diameter of pelvic vein dark band in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the velocity of venous blood flow was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biomimetic electrical stimulation along meridians can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients with PCS,inhibit the secretion of prostaglandin F2α,increase the content of prostaglandin E2,relieve pain,shorten the inner diameter of pelvic vein dark band,improve the velocity of venous blood flow,and the clinical efficacy.
