电针联合药物治疗复发缓解型多发性硬化46例

Forty-Six Cases of Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis Treated with Electroacupuncture in Combination with Medicine

目的:观察电针联合药物治疗复发缓解型多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)的疗效。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年9月黑龙江中医药大学第一附属医院门诊及住院治疗的MS患者46例,随机分为电针组和针刺组,每组23例。针刺组给予针刺联合药物治疗,电针组在针刺组治疗的基础上给予电针治疗。结果:电针组有效率86.96%,针刺组有效率56.52%,电针组有效率高于针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组治疗后EDSS评分低于针刺组,改良Barthel指数高于针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合药物治疗复发缓解型多发性硬化能改善患者临床症状体征。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture in combination with medicine on relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis(MS).Methods:A total of 46 MS patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of CM from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the electroacupuncture group and the acupuncture group,with 23 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was given acupuncture combined with medicine therapy,while the electroacupuncture group was additionally given electroacupuncture on the basis of the acupuncture group.Results:The effective rate of electroacupuncture group was 86.96%,and that of acupuncture group was 56.52%.The effective rate of electroacupuncture group was higher than that of acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the EDSS score of the electroacupuncture group was lower than that of the acupuncture group,and the modified Barthel index was higher than that of acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of relapsing remitting MS,electroacupuncture in combination with medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.
