化脓灸临床研究综述

Summary of Clinical Research on Pustulating Moxibustion

化脓灸临床运用广泛,可用于治疗呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病、免疫系统疾病、骨科疾病、外科疾病、妇科疾病等。通过文献分析发现,近五年有关化脓灸的临床研究及实验研究较少,考虑与化脓灸的灼痛、炎症反应及灸后瘢痕的形成有关,临床上多数患者对化脓灸有抵触心理,施灸时通过减痛处理,灸后讲究"灸透"和调护时要"化脓透"等均能改善患者的排斥心理。但目前的报道仍是一般疗效观察多,严格按照科研设计进行研究的少,且临床研究中没有统一的操作标准,即穴位选择、施灸时间、壮数、艾灸痛苦程度及艾灸后调护等。大多数临床观察样本量少,可信度不足,同时缺乏长期随访。今后,应在良好的临床基础上进一步深入研究,并总结提高,为化脓灸的临床研究和进一步推广运用提供更广泛的思路和方向。

Pustulating moxibustion is widely used in clinical practice,and can be used to treat respiratory system diseases,digestive system diseases,endocrine system diseases,immune system diseases,orthopedic diseases,surgical diseases,gynecological diseases,etc.Through literature analysis,it is found that there are few clinical and experimental studies on pustulating moxibustion in the past five years,considering that it is related to the burning pain,inflammatory reaction and scar formation after moxibustion.In clinical practice,most patients have a psychological resistance to pustulating moxibustion.Therefore,when moxibustion is applied,the treatment of reducing pain,attention to"moxibustion penetration"after moxibustion and"pustulating penetration"during nursing can improve the rejection psychology of patients.However,the current reports are still mostly about general curative effects,and are seldom studied in strict accordance with scientific research design,and there is no uniform operation standard in clinical research,that is,there are still no uniform standards for acupoint selection,moxibustion time,Zhuang number,moxibustion pain level and moxibustion care.Most of the clinical observation samples are small,lack of credibility,and long-term follow-up.In the future,it is necessary to further study on the basis of good clinical practice,and to summarize and improve the experiences,so as to provide a broader idea and direction for the clinical study and further application of pustulating moxibustion.
