跨境电商与跨境物流协同运行机理研究

Research on the Collaborative Operation Mechanism of Cross-border E-commerce and Cross-border Logistics

在互联网日益普及和国民消费升级的背景下,跨境电商行业发展迅猛,成为了国家经济增长的新动力、新业态,同时也促使了跨境物流等关联要素的发展与升级。目前,跨境电商与跨境物流之间尚未形成系统的协同机制,需要针对协同发展机理展开深入研究。本文研究了跨境电商与跨境物流的协同运行机理,在考虑产出受到双方协同努力程度以及随机因素共同影响的基础上,构建了点协同共生模式下的委托-代理模型,并进行了对比分析,结合数值实验研究了二者最优的协同努力水平和产出激励系数,以及协同运作过程中的影响因素,以把握跨境电商与跨境物流协同运行的内在机理,实现二者的协同目标。

Against the background of the increasing popularity of internet technology and increasing consumption,the cross-border e-commerce industry has been developing rapidly.It is becoming a new driving force and a new form of business opportunity for national economic growth,promoting development and upgrading cross-border logistics and other related elements.Currently,no systematic synergy mechanism has been formed between cross-border e-commerce and logistics;thus,in-depth research on the synergy development mechanism is needed.Therefore,this paper studies the cross-border electricity and logistics coordinated operation mechanism,considering the level of output by the concerted effort as well as the influence of random factors,such as building collaborative symbiotic mode of a principal-agent model.It compares and analyzes the numerical experiment to study the optimal coordinated effort level and output incentive coefficient,as well as the influence factors in the process of synergy,to grasp the cross-border electricity and the inner mechanism of the cross-border logistics coordinated operation and thus,achieve the goal.
