泉州市域一体化轨道交通发展策略探索

摘要 在城市群、都市圈快速发展背景以及新型城镇化战略的指导下,泉州市在高质量参与闽西南经济区、积极融入厦漳泉都市圈、打造“一湾两翼三带”城市空间格局和促进环泉州湾集聚的发展过程中逐步明晰了对多层级、多功能的轨道交通服务的需求。从把握泉州市自身城市规模、城市圈层及空间形态、社会经济水平和发展定位及所处城市群的发展阶段入手,探索符合泉州特点的多层次轨道交通发展模式,明确轨道交通系统在城市交通体系中的定位和系统内部的功能层次,促进市域一体化的轨道网络功能协调、互补发展,以期实现轨道交通整体效率最高、资源利用最省、支撑城市发展最优。 In recent years,guided by the rapid development of urban agglomerations,metropolitan areas,and new urbanization strategies,Quanzhou has gradually refined its multilevel and multifunctional demand for rail transit service.Efforts have included active participation in the Southwest Economic Zone of Fujian Province and the Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou metropolitan area and the development of the urban spatial pattern of“one bay,two wings,and three belts”and the aggregation around Quanzhou Bay.This study explored multi-modal rail transit development in Quanzhou,considering its urban scale,urban circle and spatial pattern,socio-economic level,development pattern,and stage of urban agglomeration development.In addition,the role of the rail transit system in the urban transportation network and the functional levels within the system were clarified.The study results support the coordination of rail network functions in the integration of urban areas with the goal of improving the overall efficiency of the rail transit system and promoting the cost-effective use of resources in support of the city’s development.
