交通强国视域下铁路建设与多民族国家的时空政治——以川藏铁路为例

Railway Construction and Spatiotemporal Politics of Multi-National Countries from the Perspective of a Country of Strong Transportation:A Case Study of Sichuan-Tibet Railway

交通运输的发展是促使民族国家时空政治演变的重要因素。以铁路为代表的陆路交通不断推动着现代社会时空格局的变化,为国家权力的延伸和领土工程的实施奠定了坚实的基础。从这个意义上看,川藏铁路的修建及其所引发的西南边疆时空压缩与景观政治的再造,将不断推动各民族交流、交往和交融,并进一步铸牢中华民族共同体意识。在交通强国建设背景下,有关边疆和少数民族地区交通战略布局的分析,应摒弃单一的经济视角的研究路径。从多民族国家的整体性考察交通对于边疆和少数民族地区政治与社会发展的重要意义,对于促进民族团结、维护国家统一和巩固边疆稳定不无帮助。

The development of transportation is the core factor to promote the change of national spatiotemporal politics.The land transportation represented by the railway constantly promotes the evolution of the spatiotemporal pattern of modern society and lays a solid foundation for the extension of state power and the implementation of territorial projects.The compression of time and space of modernity and there presentation of territorial landscape,which are closely related to the Sichuan-Tibet railway,will constantly promote the exchanges and integration of various national groups and further consolidate the sense of community of the Chinese nation.In the context of the construction of a transportation power,the analysis of the traffic strategy layout in border areas and minority areas should not be limited to the research path from an economic perspective.It is a positive measure to promote national unity,safeguard national unity and consolidate the stability of border areas to investigate the importance of transportation in the whole multi-national country for the political and social development of border areas and minority areas.
