五四时期现代戏剧教育--从北京人艺戏剧专门学校到国立北平大学艺术学院戏剧系

Modern Drama Education during the May 4th Movement——From Beijing Renyi Drama School to the Drama Department of Art College of National Peking University

北京人艺戏剧专门学校首创了不同于中国传统戏曲"科班"和文明戏"师徒"的现代戏剧人才培养模式,并在戏剧史上首次提出"话剧"的概念,向社会公演不少包含进步思想、经过专业排练的剧目,建立了正规的现代剧场,树起中国职业话剧现代化、专业性的艺术旗帜。继人艺剧专之后,国立北平大学艺术学院戏剧系继续探索现代话剧教育的办学方针、教学体制、人才培养模式、课程体系等,确立了以新文化运动精神为灵魂的戏剧观念和教育观念。二者在通才与专才的培养及学制与课程设置等方面的探索,至今仍值得借鉴。

Beijing Renyi Drama School pioneered a modern drama talent training model that is different from the traditional Chinese opera"professional class"and civilized opera"mentor and apprentice",and put forward the concept of"drama"for the first time in the history of drama.It performed many performances to the society,which were professional trained dramas contained progressive ideas,has established a formal modern theater,set up a modern and professional artistic banner for Chinese professional drama.After that,the Drama Department of Art College of National Peking University continued to explore the school policy,teaching system,talent training model,curriculum system,etc.of modern drama education,and established the concept of drama and education with the spirit of the New Culture Movement as its soul.Both of them are still worthy of reference in the cultivation of"generalists"and"professionals"and the school system and curriculum settings.
