创新创业教育与高校体育经济与管理专业人才培养融合策略

Research on the Fusion Strategy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Sports Economics and Management Specialty in Colleges and Universities Professional Personnel Training

将创新创业教育融入专业教育,是实现体育经济与管理专业本科人才培养目标的重要途径,对培养应用类复合型人才具有重要的作用和意义。但在当前的体育经济与管理专业本科人才培养教学实践中,仍然存在创新创业教育与专业教育缺乏融合、创新创业教育师资力量薄弱、创新创业教育实训基地不足等问题。因此提出积极构建创新创业教育与专业教育的融合理念,不断完善师资融合机制,加大实训融合力度,拓展融合空间等建议,旨在为加快推进体育经济与管理专业本科人才培养体系的转型升级和提升人才培养质量提供参考和借鉴。

Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education is an important way to achieve the goal of training undergraduate talents of sports economy and management specialty,and plays an important role and significance in training compound talents of applied type.However,in the current teaching practice of training undergraduate talents of sports economy and management specialty,there are still some problems,such as the lack of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,the weak teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the insufficient training base of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward,such as actively construct the Fusion concept idea of innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education,constantly improve the integration mechanism of teachers,intensify the integration of practice and training,expand the integration space,etc.,in order to provide reference and reference for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the undergraduate talent training system of sports economy and management specialty and improving the quality of talent training.
