风药未必尽祛风,升散透泄用无穷——玄府学派名家论风药 被引量:19

摘要 王明杰、黄淑芬教授善用风药开通玄府治疗各种疑难杂病,独辟蹊径,屡起沉疴。本文精选二位教授独到的用药经验,如麻黄、桂枝治雷诺氏综合征、面瘫、抑郁证、内伤发热;羌活、防风治脱发、阳痿、鼻渊、颈椎病;细辛、白芷治痴呆、癫痫、麻痹性斜视;柴胡、葛根治视神经萎缩、视疲劳等,对运用不同风药治疗各类顽症,有较高的参考价值,另举临床验案两则,旨在展示用药心法传承。 Professor Wang Mingjie and Professor Huang Shufen are experts in using Wind medicinals and insects medicinals to dredge Orifices and pores,which is a new effective method in treating various miscellaneous diseases.This article attempts to handpick the medication experience of two professors to offer references for treating various stubborn diseases with Wind medicinals,as instances of:using Ephedra herb and Cassia twig to treat Raynaud’s syndrome,facial paralysis,as well as fever due to internal damage;using Notoptetygium root and Ledebouriella root to treat alopecia,impotence,sinusitis and cervical spondylosis;using Manchrian wild ginger and Angelica root to treat dementia,Epilepsy and paralytic strabismus;using Bupleurum and Kudzucine root to treat optic atrophy and asthenopia.At the same time,we enumerate two clinical cases in treating chronic diseases by using Wind medicianls,which aims to unfold the inheritance of academics.
