Conception, Evidence, Practice and Future of Concurrent Treatment of Phlegm and Static Blood for Stroke--Doctor Huang Peixin ’ s Clinical Experience

中风病是临床上常见的神经系统疾病,黄培新教授对中风病的论治强调“痰瘀同治”,在诊断和治疗上重视痰浊和瘀血的共同致病作用,他认为二者互相影响,共同出现并引起相关联的临床症状。该思路基于中医证候理论分析,并依托临床实践、统计观察和现代机制研究得到进一步论证和完善。痰瘀同治的思路和中医理论也应该随着时代进步而不断完善,以发展中医理论体系。

Professor Huang Peixin attaches importance to the concurrent treatment for Phlegm and static Blood in the treatment of stroke,which is a common clinical nervous system disease.Equal emphases are supposed to be placed on the mutual pathogenesis of Phlegm and static Blood for the reason that these two kinds of pathogens,with mutual influence on each other,are responsible for a series of related clinical symptoms.The experience is based on the syndromes analysis of TCM theory,then is proved and improved by clinical observation and statistics,as well as modern study on the mechanisms.The experience and the TCM theory should improve along with the development of technology so as to promote the theory system.
